Offices are gaining ground lost to teleworking in Spain and are being transformed to improve the employee experience. On average, Spaniards go to the office in the country for 3 days, compared to 1.8 days on average in Europe. This is one of the main conclusions of the CBRE Office Trends report. The study reflects the commitment of corporations to improve offices and attract employees, prioritizing aspects such as socialization, well-being, collaboration and productivity.
