Wars mostly were called out by people who thought their clan was trained very well enough and then they would lose. You don't want that to happen do you? So, your in good luck. I have some requirements they're not so high but I think they fit this perfectly.
1. Your clan must been of going on for atleast 1 month.
2. You have to be a leader of the clan. / Have a Leader/Admin of the clan approve of you organizing wars.
Those two simple rules, easy enough.
